Weather-related updates will be posted online on the NCS website on the EVENT INFO PAGE for the Natty tournament. Do NOT call the NCS Office, or the Tournament Directors, or Tournament Staff, as they will be busy assessing fields with the various municipalities. All weather updates will be posted on the NCS EVENT INFO PAGE as soon as they are made available to us. www.playncs.com search for our event and and look at the Event Info Page.
Parking & Overflow Parking - Including RV's
Please be courteous in the parking lots. Regarding RV's, the TOFM has ordinances in place forbidding overnight stays. If bringing an RV for the day on game day's, we will have designed areas in the back of the main parking lot at Bakersfield Park to accommodate daytime parking (again, no overnight stays, due to TOFM ordinances). NO RV's in the main lot on Opening Day Saturday's. RV's will need to be parked in the designated overflow lots on Opening Day Saturday's, thank you!
Cooler Policy
Players, parents, and fans are permitted to bring coolers/drinks into the following parks: Bakersfield Park, City Park, Railroad Park, and Lake Park. No alcohol, glass containers or tobacco permitted at any park at any time.
Players are to provide their own Water/Gatorade/Powerade, etc.
The tournament will not be providing water or water coolers in the dugouts.
Chairs, Tarps, & Tents
Chairs are allowed and tents are fine as long as they don't block the view of others. Tarps are not allowed.
No Metal Cleats on Any Turf Surface at Any Facility
This includes: Temp Mounds, Batting Cages, or other Turfed Warm-Up Areas!
Boom Boxes
Boom Boxes are allowed as long as the music does NOT disturb other teams and the lyrics are not offensive to children. Keep it fun and respectful, and keep the volume under control, and it's all good!
Tobacco/Vapes
Use of tobacco products of any kind, or Vapes, is strictly forbidden on the fields and in the dugouts, specifically by City or Town Ordinances, and is also forbidden at all Keep Calm & Baseball On events. (THIS INCLUDES VAPES!)
Dogs at the Ballparks
Dogs are welcome as long as they are on a leash, cleaned up after, cared for, and are non threatening to all patrons, especially small children, the handicapped and elderly. This is a family event centered around youth baseball. If bringing a dog, please make sure you are familiar with Town and City Ordinances and are also cautious regarding the heat and time outside for your dog. The municipalities we play in are: Flower Mound, TX, Coppell, TX and Lewisville, TX. (Note: Flower Mound and Lewisville both have dog parks.) ALL MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES MUST BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES, THANK YOU!
Parents with Cameras
Parents are welcome to videotape and/or photograph their own players/teams. However, under no circumstances are they allowed in the dugout or on the field. Parents ignoring this safety rule will result in both the parent and manager being ejected from the game.
